Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right, except for the exceptions referred to below, to cancel a purchase made on this website without the need to give us any reason within 14 days from the date the goods are received by you.
In order to make such a cancellation, you must send us notice in writing of your wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. You can send this notice by email to email@example.com.
You must also return the goods to us immediately, unused, in their original packaging and with the original order confirmation without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of cancellation. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and for ensuring that the full and correct postage is paid. You are also responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of the goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Title and risk to the goods shall pass back to us when received by us.
Provided that the terms of this policy are complied with we agree to reimburse you the purchase price plus the delivery costs which you paid for the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of cancellation using the same means of payment as used by you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
This right of cancellation does not apply to personalised goods (which includes engraved goods) or goods made to your specifications.
Refund or Exchange
In addition to the right of cancellation set out above for goods ordered on this website we will provide you with a refund or exchange provided that the following conditions are adhered to:
- The goods are unused
- The goods are returned within their original packaging
- The goods have not been engraved or personalised or made to your specification
- The return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase of the goods
The shipping cost for the return of goods are to be paid by you. Please allow 30 business days for us to process your return when received by us. You are responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while they are in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Title and risk to goods shall pass back to us when received by us.
RETURN OF ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the event that you wish to return allegedly defective goods you should contact us in writing as soon as you receive these goods outlining the alleged defect. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You are responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while they are in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
When the goods are received by us they shall be assessed by us and if we determine that the goods are defective such that you are entitled to a refund under law we shall offer you a refund, repair or replacement in respect of them. In the event that we determine that the good(s) are not defective you shall be notified accordingly and the return of the good(s) to you shall be arranged, the cost of such return shall be borne by you.
Please note that this returns policy only applies to the original purchaser of the goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We endeavour to replace any goods, or part thereof, that become damaged in transit to you. You must notify us immediately upon receipt of such goods by emailing email@example.com including your order number details, a description of the damage to the goods and a photo clearly showing said damage. Upon receipt of such information, we endeavour to issue a replacement to you without undue delay. If for some reason a replacement product or part thereof cannot be facilitated, we will offer a replacement item of equal value or a credit note or refund for the full purchase price plus the delivery costs which you paid for the goods without undue delay.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
