How do I personalise my gift?

A lot of our products can be personalised, within each of these product listings you will see a mixture of drop down boxes or short text boxes that ask you to fill in the names and messages you would like to appear on your gift. What is a Digital Proof & Why Would I Need One?

A digital proof is an optional extra that allows you to see a digital screen shot of your order before it is processed. It is useful if you will not see the gift before it arrives to the recipient or if you want to check that the spelling, punctuation, layout and font of the text is as you would like it. It allows a chance to make changes before your item gets personalised.

How Long Does it Take to Receive my Gift?

We endeavour to make and ship your gift within 2-3 days of receiving your order. During busy periods such as Christmas, this can take considerably longer if the item is made to order. Each order is fulfilled in the order it is received, we do not offer a rushed order service. We use An Post for all our shipping and once your order has been marked as completed it is normally received within 1-2 business days.

Can I place a rushed order?

We do not offer a paid for rushed order facility, and it is not possible to “jump the queue” as all orders are processed in the order they are received. However, we may be operating at a faster turnaround time than advised above and so if you require a gift within a certain time frame, we recommend you contact us prior to placing your order.
